Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon equipment delivery. We accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, or cash.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 3 or more days before the rental start date. Cancellations within 3 days of the start date are non-refundable.

Delivery & Pickup

Free delivery and pickup is included for all rentals within our standard service area (Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, and surrounding North County San Diego communities). Deliveries outside this area may incur a fee, contact us for a quote.

Damage Waiver

A damage waiver is included with every rental and covers minor wear and tear. The renter is responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or operating beyond rated capacity. The renter is responsible for returning equipment in the same condition it was delivered.

Operator Requirements

The compact track loader requires a licensed driver or competent operator. Iron Coast Equipment is not responsible for injuries or property damage resulting from improper equipment operation. If you are unfamiliar with operating a track loader, please ask us about operator services.

Trailer Rental

A valid driver's license and vehicle capable of towing 14,000 lbs GVWR are required. The renter is responsible for securing the tow vehicle's ball hitch (2-5/16") and verifying trailer lights prior to departure.
