Is the track loader appropriate for a typical suburban backyard?
Yes, with some planning. The Kubota SVL75-2 is 74 inches wide and needs a double gate (minimum 6-foot opening) to access most backyards. Its rubber tracks and low ground pressure (5.6 psi) won't damage lawns or hardscape when operated carefully.
How much does concrete demo cost with the track loader and breaker?
The track loader is $350/day and the hydraulic breaker attachment is $150/day, so a 1-day demo package is $500. Delivery and pickup are free within 30 minutes of our Escondido yard; any delivery fee is quoted for your address. Most standard residential driveway or patio removals take 1–2 days.
